Job Title: Integration Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join our team at KLC Consulting, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of systems integrations with new software, coordinating efforts with other technical and vendor leads, and managing integration architecture and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of systems integrations with new software
  • Coordinate efforts with other technical and vendor leads
  • Manage integration architecture and specifications
  • Review and advise on technical requirements and specifications
  • Write, design, and maintain technical documentation
  • Manage software developer deliverables quality
  • Support IT Manager and Program Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting solution development
  • Work collaboratively with vendor technical teams
  • Lead product deliverables testing and validation
  • Create technical plans for software testing and issue resolution
  • Plan architecture of technical environments and support vendor deployment strategy
  • Define software compliance and monitor internal systems

Requirements:

  • Complex IT software projects experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Design, development, and implementation of interfaces/integrations between complex systems
  • Systems architecture, integration architecture, and methods
  • Variety of integration methods and technologies
  • IT standards and protocols
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications

Desirable Experience:

  • Proven experience developing successful software integration solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with IT project management and vendor management
