The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient needs and collaborating with physicians to provide optimal care.
- Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing interventions tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Identifying priorities for care through thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Creating and coordinating personalized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Performing essential therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care effectively.
- Documenting care in accordance with established standards and clinical priorities.
- Advocating for evidence-based practices and contributing to the advancement of care delivery.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry.
- Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting admitted patients in the emergency department.
