Job Title: Adjunct Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adjunct Instructor to join our team at Ross Education, LLC. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

Job Summary:

The Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for teaching occupational courses to students in our Associate Degree program. You will deliver course work as it applies to the Ross curriculum, utilizing contemporary teaching strategies and practices to enhance the learning process. Your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering course work and instruction to students
  • Utilizing instructional resources to enhance the learning process
  • Recording student attendance and maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting conferences with students as needed
  • Maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of an Associate Degree from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). You must also have three or more years of occupational experience in the subject field in which you teach. Additionally, you must have a current license, certification, or other credential as required by local, state, and/or federal laws to work in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior teaching or formal tutoring experience using a developed curriculum is preferred. You should also have the ability to communicate effectively in classroom and individual settings, as well as the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
