We are currently in search of a skilled SAP WM Developer to enhance our warehouse management capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP WM and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP WM Implementation: Spearhead the deployment of SAP WM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP systems and alignment with business objectives.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate business requirements pertaining to warehouse management. Monitor application logs and perform basic administrative tasks.
  • System Configuration: Set up SAP WM parameters and settings to align with operational processes, ensuring optimal system functionality.
  • Operational Support: Oversee application logs and provide essential administrative support. Develop, test, debug, and document SAP ABAP programs, customizing and configuring the SAP LE and WM modules in both SAP R3 and SAP S4 HANA.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive testing of SAP WM configurations, troubleshoot issues, and validate that the system adheres to quality standards.
  • User Training: Deliver training and support to end-users on SAP WM functionalities and best practices for effective warehouse management.
  • Documentation: Produce detailed documentation for SAP WM configurations, processes, and user manuals.
  • System Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance SAP WM configurations to improve efficiency and responsiveness in warehouse operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and operations, to ensure the effective integration of SAP WM with other business processes.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for SAP WM, addressing issues, implementing updates, and ensuring system reliability.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about advancements in SAP WM and industry best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual with strong initiative.
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP WM module is preferred.
  • Experience with any of the SAP modules: WM, LE, MM, or SD is acceptable.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP ABAP Programming, including Report, Dialog, Data Dictionary, RFC, ALV, IDOCS, BDC, BAPI, and Smart Forms.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL query writing and performance optimization.
  • Experience with IDOC/XML data interfaces with external systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for program design, creation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.

Your base salary is one component of our total compensation package, which is determined within a range based on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
