About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Caregiver Health Professional to join our team at Providence. This role is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing essential health services to our caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical caregiver health services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being.
  • Perform pre-employment health screens, vaccinations, training, and education.
  • Manage surveillance and provide support to caregivers within the scope of Caregiver Health Services.
Requirements
  1. An Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  2. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  3. At least one year of experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience.
