American Furniture Rental (AFR) is seeking a skilled Driver/Installer to join our team in Arlington, TX.

The ideal candidate will have prior driving/moving experience and be able to operate a 26' Box truck in a courteous and professional manner. No CDL is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install furniture to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Protect products during transportation using materials provided by AFR.
  • Read and complete all necessary paperwork associated with the job.
  • Perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure delivery vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Assist with other tasks within the warehouse, including lifting and carrying cartons or furniture as directed.
  • Direct helpers as needed to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Customer relations and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb stairs, bend, and be physically active for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance underwriting requirements.
