Job Title: Veterinary Technician Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our Emergency team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Technician Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, including scheduling, employee performance, and training.
  • Collaborate with hospital management and doctors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive culture and encouraging work environment.
  • Manage Dayforce scheduling software and coordinate staffing arrangements.
  • Provide training and continuing education to staff members.
  • Address staff concerns and performance issues in line with hospital expectations.
  • Document check-ins, skills assessments, and goal setting.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • CVT certification required.
  • Experience as a Veterinary Technician Shift Lead or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dependability and excellent communication skills.
