Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to learn and be mentored
  • Execute tasks as outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and brake repairs
  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess components and systems
  • Learn to diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed, providing time estimates for repairs
  • Carry out repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in a dealership setting
  • ASE certifications are advantageous
  • Strong background in automotive service
  • Excellent teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks
  • Must possess a clean and valid driver's license
