Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the gym floor, equipment, and locker rooms to ensure a clean and safe environment for members.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain the gym's cleanliness and organization.
  • Empty trash receptacles daily and maintain the cleanliness of the management offices.
  • Clean and maintain fitness equipment, bathrooms, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures daily and perform monthly/weekly deep cleanings as assigned by management.
  • Report maintenance problems in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) months of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services and three (3) months of customer service experience desired.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as part of a team.
