**Job Summary:**

As a Financial Services Representative at First Tech, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and financial solutions. You will work closely with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored products and services to help them achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process routine and complex financial transactions for members, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures
* Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts, including businesses, trusts, fiduciary, and IRA accounts
* Provide high-quality member service by promptly addressing member concerns and escalating to leadership when necessary
* Proactively identify and recommend products and services to meet members' financial needs, partnering with service teams as needed
* Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, including sales targets and incentives, to drive business goals and initiatives
* Complete required compliance training and maintain in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services
* Perform account maintenance activities, including updating member contact and personal information
* Conduct follow-up activities and outbound calls for new and existing members

**Essential Skills:**

* 18 months of experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service role within the financial services industry
* Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas concisely and logically
* Effective time management skills and ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment without sacrificing accuracy and service
* Aptitude for learning computer systems and using technology to solve member issues
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with attention to detail

* Competitive hourly rate: $21.63 to $27.40 per hour, plus quarterly incentive
