Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a self-motivated team player to join our progressive multi-doctor practice as a receptionist/client service representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift 50 pounds independently.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, with full-time benefits including paid vacation, insurance, 401K, paid uniforms, and excellent pet care discounts. Part-time employees receive excellent pet care discounts and paid uniforms.
About the JobAs a receptionist/client service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. A minimum of 6 months experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Cornerstone software is a big plus.
