At Fairfield Inn and Suites Alcoa, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Morning Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our breakfast service staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests as they enter the breakfast area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for their day.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the breakfast room and surrounding areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Engaging with Guests: Interact with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, responding promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Resolving Issues: Act as a problem solver, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our rotating menu offerings, staying up-to-date on new items and promotions.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain knowledge of all health and safety standards and requirements, adhering to protocols at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Guest Service Skills: Provide top-notch guest service in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
  • Physical Demands: Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary, and walk/stand up to 100% of shift.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate strong teamwork and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to change and perform other duties as assigned.
