Clinical Academic Breast Radiologist

The University of Vermont Medical Center's Department of Radiology is seeking an Academic Breast Radiologist to join our team. This is a Clinical Scholar Pathway (1.0 FTE) full-time position with the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct breast imaging and provide expert interpretation of mammography, ultrasound, and MRI images.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences with surgical, medical, radiation oncology, pathology, and plastic surgery teams.
- Teach and mentor residents and medical students in breast imaging and radiology.
- Contribute to research projects and scholarly activities in breast imaging and radiology.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement breast imaging protocols and guidelines.
- Completion of a breast fellowship (or equivalent) and ABR certification or eligibility.
- Strong clinical and academic skills, with a focus on breast imaging and education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and service.
