OPEN POSITIONS
Data Entry Technician (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends after training)
The Data Entry Technician plays a crucial role in the workflow, ensuring the precision of prescription entries into the FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, with a focus on both speed and accuracy. This position also involves providing outstanding support to the community and residents via phone and email.
Billing Technician (Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, rotating Saturdays after training) - Currently no active position available, but candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
The Billing Pharmacy Technician is tasked with the accurate entry, processing, and follow-up of resident prescription billing. This role advocates for the residents and is essential for the company's revenue generation – both positions are vital. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to research and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Pharmacy Technician in Illinois or Indiana.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with NHA or PTCB is mandatory for this role.
- Experience in LTC/managed care pharmacy or Call Center Pharmacy is preferred.
- Familiarity with FrameworkLTC/DocuTrack is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
