We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Prime team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Guardian: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and simplicity.
  • Technical Program Management: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define user stories, evaluate technical solutions, and drive project execution.
  • Program Management: Own engagement with partners, decompose requirements into technical execution plans, track progress, and report status to senior leadership.
  • Technical Leadership: Represent the technical team to senior leadership across the company and engage with other teams to build relationships and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
