- Technical Program Management: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define user stories, evaluate technical solutions, and drive project execution.
- Program Management: Own engagement with partners, decompose requirements into technical execution plans, track progress, and report status to senior leadership.
- Technical Leadership: Represent the technical team to senior leadership across the company and engage with other teams to build relationships and identify opportunities for innovation.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
