Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential. The successful candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedics and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

Use therapeutic assessment tools (ROM, functional strength, palpation) and document findings accurately.
Develop personalized treatment plans and set realistic, measurable goals.
Evaluate patients and collaborate with the team to ensure ongoing progress.
Update physicians as required every 10th visit or every 30 days (Medicare patients).
Provide leadership and supervision to assistive personnel and interns.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA program
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
1 year of outpatient experience (new graduates may be considered)
