Crop Farmworkers and Laborers Job Description

This job posting is for farmworkers and laborers who will be working in crop harvesting and related activities. The job requires a minimum of a U.S. diploma/degree and relevant work experience. The employer will provide housing for the workers, but no tenancy is created by this arrangement. The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times.

Minimum Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: A minimum U.S. diploma/degree is required.
• Work Experience: A certain number of months of relevant work experience is required.
• Training: A certain number of months of training is required.

Work Environment

The job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, and extensive walking. The employer will provide additional information regarding the work environment in Addendum B.

Housing Information

The employer will provide housing for the workers, but no tenancy is created by this arrangement. The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times.
