Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state standards. You will collaborate with medical professionals and the care team to provide personalized, compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
- Performing medical procedures and ensuring accurate documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
- Administering prescribed medications and monitoring patient responses.
- Providing exceptional care by responding promptly to patient needs and educating patients and families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
