We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Winchester as a Mechanic/Pipe Fitter/Welder. As a key member of our CityNetworks & Grids division, you will be responsible for constructing and installing utility lines, including gas, water, and district heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of utility lines, including connections to buildings
  • Pressure and leak testing of utility networks
  • Processing and installation of pipes made of PEHD, steel, cast iron, and PVC
  • Documentation and preparation of measurements

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a pipeline builder, plant mechanic, metalworker, welder, or locksmith, or relevant experience in underground pipeline construction
  • Valid PE welding and/or steel welding certification according to DVGW regulations
  • Valid driver's license, class B required, classes C and C1E desirable
  • German language skills at least level B2
  • Independent, dedicated, and motivated work style, as well as reliability, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
