Position Summary
The role involves performing X-ray examinations on castings in accordance with established techniques.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the accuracy of the router by verifying the heat number, serial number, and quantity. Conducting X-ray examinations on castings to approved techniques for the purpose of identifying defects.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions and memos. Proficiency in basic mathematics. Capability to effectively communicate information in both individual and small group settings. Completion of formal training, on-the-job training, and internal testing will be necessary to meet the requirements of this position.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, utilize hands for manipulation, reach with hands and arms, communicate verbally, and listen. Occasionally, the employee may need to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Vision requirements include distance vision of 20/25 in at least one eye, corrected or uncorrected. Near vision must meet Jaeger No.1 or equivalent at no less than 16 inches with one eye, either natural or corrected. The ability to differentiate between colors is also necessary.
