Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gourmet Coffee Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve gourmet coffee beverages to our guests
  • Manage the coffee cart and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on menu offerings
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
