Russell Tobin is seeking a skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join their team in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall customer support services to commercial banking customers
  • Maintain and expand relationships with customers by identifying potential problems and compliance issues
  • Develop working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures
  • Assist customers in navigating Treasury Management products and online platforms
  • Regularly attend trainings to support and expand knowledge base
  • Provide technical support and co-browse skills to customers
  • Preferred understanding of digital capabilities and experience in Information Technology environment
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Products/Services with preferred experience with GTM and Operations

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office applications
  • Experience with department-specific systems
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
  • Technical support and/or co-browse skills
  • Preferred understanding of digital capabilities with experience in Information Technology environment
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Products/Services with preferred experience with GTM and Operations
