PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of counter management protocols, aviation safety, security measures, and operational procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the aviation sector.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to lift weights of 70 pounds or more.
  • Capable of standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended durations.
  • Maintains professionalism in customer service even in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to read and understand airline boarding passes.
  • Consistently presents a professional appearance and demeanor to passengers and airport personnel.
  • Must successfully complete all pre-employment criteria and obtain an Airport ID with a seal.
  • Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and night shifts is required.
  • Must pass a drug screening and TSA fingerprint background check.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Minimal travel is expected for this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical requirements for this role include the ability to communicate effectively, comprehend spoken instructions, stand for prolonged periods, lift approximately 70 pounds, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
