Logistics Courier

At THE WING JOINT LLC-, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Courier to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

• Deliver orders to residential and commercial locations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop a strong understanding of our regular customers and their preferences.
• Participate in cross-training programs to enhance your skills and adapt to changing business needs.
• Accurately record delivery information in our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer payments, process credit card transactions, and provide change as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
• Assist with restocking and replenishing products and supplies as required.
• Be available to support the team during peak periods and fill in as needed.
• Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely service.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess excellent communication skills to provide a positive customer experience.
• Hold a valid state driver's license.
• Have access to a reliable, properly maintained vehicle capable of daily driving.
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage as required by law.
• Have a clean driving record and adhere to company policies.
• Own a cell phone for contacting customers upon arrival.
• Be able to read maps and interpret GPS directions.
• Possess basic math skills and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Be able to work in a variety of positions, including sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent changes.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to exceptional grooming and hygiene standards.
