The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of storage management, data protection, and cloud infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
This critical position will require collaboration with customers to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions that address their specific challenges. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in NetApp technologies, including ONTAP, SANtricity, and StorageGRID, as well as experience working with senior customer representatives and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to design, deploy, and manage technical architectures that meet their business requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior technical representatives, architects, and systems administrators to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide expert guidance on storage management, data protection, and cloud infrastructure to help customers optimize their IT resources and achieve business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategic plans to enhance service quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of applicable experience in storage management, data protection, and cloud infrastructure
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification
- Strong foundation in NetApp technologies, including ONTAP, SANtricity, and StorageGRID
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interface with mid-to-senior level management and technical teams
