LPN - Night Shift Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. As an LPN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in a hospital setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general nursing duties in all departments within your scope of practice and with adequate supervision.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and report findings to the Registered Nurse.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Valid New York State LPN License.
- Maintain BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of position start date.
