Job Responsibilities:
As a Vehicle Maintenance Technician, your primary duties will include:
1. Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of company vehicles in accordance with established policies.
2. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues.
3. Recording all repair and inspection details using our maintenance management software.
4. Managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies.
5. Upholding a clean and safe work environment as per company standards.

Performance Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of diesel equipment and the tools required for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with International diesel medium-duty trucks and Ford gas and diesel engines is advantageous.
- The ability to perform preventive maintenance accurately, identify component failures, and execute quality repairs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical service manuals, repair orders, and gauges.
- A valid driver's license (C or better) and compliance with federal motor carrier safety regulations.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), climbing, and working in various positions for extended periods.

Additional Skills:
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and web-based maintenance tracking software.
- Effective verbal communication skills for ordering parts and supplies.
- Experience with vehicle lifting devices.

Work Environment:
This position involves working in both semi-enclosed structures and outdoor settings, with exposure to chemicals, fumes, and noise.
