About the RoleAureon Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CCM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our CCM platform.
Key Responsibilities- System Management:
- Configure and maintain the CCM platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- System Integration:
- Develop a process to collect and manage content in Azure BLOB Storage.
- Design and implement integrations with Content Management platforms.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to users, resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the CCM system.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Content Management:
- Develop and implement policies for managing digital content.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of content within the CCM system.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and improvements.
- Communicate updates and changes to both business and technical teams.
- Documentation:
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records of system changes and updates.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in system administration, preferably with CCM platforms.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with SmartComm, Sharepoint, and FileNet.
