About the Role

Aureon Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CCM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our CCM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Management:
    • Configure and maintain the CCM platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
    • Monitor system usage and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • System Integration:
    • Develop a process to collect and manage content in Azure BLOB Storage.
    • Design and implement integrations with Content Management platforms.
  • User Support:
    • Provide technical support to users, resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the CCM system.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data integrity.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Content Management:
    • Develop and implement policies for managing digital content.
    • Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of content within the CCM system.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and improvements.
    • Communicate updates and changes to both business and technical teams.
  • Documentation:
    • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of system changes and updates.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
    Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in system administration, preferably with CCM platforms.
    • Skills:
      • Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
      • Preferred experience with SmartComm, Sharepoint, and FileNet.
