Heritage Senior Living is seeking an experienced Clinical and Quality Specialist/Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN/Registered Nurse/RN to join our corporate support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Staff Education: Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement processes and infection prevention strategies.
- Community Support: Work closely with community leadership teams to monitor indicators, dashboards, and performance improvement projects.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on quality indicators and performance improvement projects.
- Compliance: Monitor compliance with Heritage Senior Living policies, best practice protocols, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to staff on electronic health record systems and infection prevention strategies.
- Leadership Development: Assist with the training and onboarding of DONs and participate in new company programs and pilots.
- Education: Valid state of Wisconsin RN licensure and a minimum of three years of nursing experience working with seniors.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to connect with residents, families, and associates, strong customer service orientation, and ability to make responsible choices and decisions.
- Experience: Managerial experience and experience within an assisted living, memory care, or other long-term care environment preferred.
