6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Role Overview:
The Nursing House Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective management of patient care services during their assigned shift. In the absence of the Administrator or their designee, the Nursing House Supervisor holds the authority for administrative decisions and is responsible for notifying the Administrator-on-Call as necessary. This position serves patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, and actively participates in Performance Improvement Activities.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure as a registered professional nurse.
  • Previous experience as a staff nurse and in a managerial role.
  • Current certifications in ACLS, TNCC, BLS, and NRP.
  • Additional certifications as required by the Steward Certification document.
