Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server Representative at Bridge at Hickory Woods. As a key member of our Dining Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Server Duties:
    • Train and guide new servers to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Assist with meal counts and tickets to maintain efficient service
  • Server Duties:
    • Assist with dining room setup and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
    • Participate in pre-meal menu review meetings to stay informed
    • Perform duties at assigned stations, including beverage and salad bar service
    • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
    • Strips and resets tables as needed during serving times
    • Removes dishes and delivers to the dishwashing area
    • Removes soiled linens and places in designated laundry areas
    • Prepares tables for next meal
    • Removes trash and maintains a clean and safe dining environment
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality skills
    • Maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous and cooperative manner
    • Demonstrate trustworthiness and dependability
    • Reasonably accommodate resident preferences in dining services
    • Work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
    • Be able to receive and resolve complaints graciously
    • Always be in proper attire and well-groomed
    • Attend company-appointed ServSafe class
    • Display integrity and professionalism by adhering to Bridge at Hickory Woods' Code of Ethics and completing all required compliance training
