Job Summary:

Crafts/The Fennec is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our beverage service team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
