Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physical therapist to join our team at our Oxnard location. The ideal candidate will have a strong orthopedic background and experience with repetitive use injuries. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to employees with occupational injuries and illnesses
  • Design and implement modified work and rehabilitation programs
  • Work closely with our rehab team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Communicate effectively with clients and employees to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Licensed physical therapist in the state of California
  • Strong orthopedic background and experience with repetitive use injuries
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
