About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled copywriter to join our Development team at Stand Together. As a copywriter, you will play a critical role in supporting our innovative fundraising efforts by creating compelling content that inspires donor partners to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic communications that articulate our mission and vision, elevating the Principles of Human Progress.
- Create engaging content for proposals, investment overviews, one-pagers, and stewardship materials that showcase our priority initiatives and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely communications products that meet the needs of our donor audience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least two years of professional writing experience, preferably in fundraising or business development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt voice and style for different signers.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex strategies into a concise and persuasive narrative.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to completion.
- High level of humility and integrity, with a proven track record of proactively driving results.
- Proficient with technology, including MS Office suite of products, Adobe, and Workfront.
