Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other essential litigation documents.
  • Conducting thorough research and gathering evidence pertinent to litigation cases.
  • Managing discovery processes in complex litigation scenarios.
  • Taking and defending depositions.
  • Arguing motions independently.
  • Conducting interviews and collecting materials beneficial for litigation.
  • Collaborating with and supporting fellow litigation attorneys.
  • Maintaining and updating client databases.
  • Organizing the filing of litigation documents and processes.

Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations related to litigation matters is essential.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Preferred experience in trust and estate litigation.
