Position Summary:

The Final Compliance Auditor plays a crucial role in managing document processing and ensuring that all received documentation aligns with established DMV regulations and internal protocols. This position demands a commitment to exceptional customer service while strictly following Vitu's policies and operational workflows to maintain compliance with state titling and registration standards. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Final Compliance Auditor include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow all Interstate Standard Operating Procedures to enhance audit efficiency and align with Vitu's strategic objectives.
  • Review title documentation against DMV regulations, notifying clients and state agencies as per company guidelines.
  • Provide support to clients by delivering constructive feedback and solutions through the Vitu communication platform.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to assess key performance indicators relevant to the Final Compliance Auditor role.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a dealership or DMV setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suites, or similar software; strong computer skills (Mac or PC).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
