About the Role:
The Senior Property Manager will lead the building operations and property management team members to achieve fiscal and operational success. This involves excellent analytical skills, primarily responsible for financial management and reporting, working closely with the accounting team and building ownership. Strong management and personnel development skills are also essential to support property retention goals. Accountability is a key attribute for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage property budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial representations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Review and approve deal sheets and lease abstracts to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain open communication channels with owners, tenants, and the accounting team to address any concerns or issues.
  • Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of commercial property management experience with increasing responsibilities.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Texas Real Estate License and RPA or CPM designations necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of finance and building operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Yardi, MRI, Timberline, Building Engines, and other commercial real estate software programs.
