We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Maintenance Expert to join our team at Creative Environments.

**About the Role**

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of pool maintenance, operations, and repair techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of clients' pools and spas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Remove debris from pool by brushing, skimming, and emptying skimmer baskets
  • Check chemical balance to ensure pool is maintained sanitary and free of algae
  • Check equipment for efficacy and report any damages to the office staff
  • Recommend proactive maintenance services for clients as needed
  • Drive vehicle to locations while safeguarding equipment and supplies in the vehicles

**Requirements**

  • 1+ year experience in water hydraulics, water chemistry, plumbing, or electrical
  • Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Good physical condition, as the role requires manual labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions

**What We Offer**
