About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Delphi-US. As a key member of our Digital Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in supporting our eCommerce platforms through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into product features and data nurturing mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Managers, Data teams, and Business Intelligence Report developers to measure product success and improvements
  • Recommend enhancements to product features through continuous data analysis and feedback
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, BI Reports, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Ability to work in an Agile format using JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics to support decision making and impact analyses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of eCommerce, Digital, or Personalization experience
