Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our vibrant bar team at Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina. Your enthusiasm for mixology and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify patrons' age by checking identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform all necessary restocking and cleaning tasks, adhering to opening and closing procedures.
  • Process payments, manage tabs, and accurately record daily sales in the point of sale system.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of beverages, and communicate any shortages to management promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
