Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a skilled Trademark Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our intellectual property practice, you will be responsible for managing the prosecution and maintenance of trademarks and copyrights.

Key Responsibilities

  • File and prosecute trademark and copyright applications
  • Coordinate with foreign law firms to file and prosecute foreign trademark and copyright applications
  • Correspond with clients, attorneys, and foreign law firms regarding trademark and copyright matters
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant parties
  • Conduct trademark and copyright research and analysis
  • Assist with maintaining electronic files and docketing deadlines
  • File TTAB related submissions and monitor litigation and TTAB deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Familiarity with legal resources and strong computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
