Job Description:

Tyson Foods Inc. is a leading manufacturer of protein-based food products, and we are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

About This Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, accurate record-keeping, and general line maintenance and staffing. You will also be expected to maintain high production levels, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control production levels to meet customer demands
  • Supervise Team Members to ensure they are following safety protocols and procedures
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies to improve productivity
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma; education beyond high school including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses is preferred

Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory experience preferred. Poultry experience preferred. Experience with SAP preferred
