Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team at LaborMax Staffing. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling curbs and metal products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble curbs and metal products to drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and written instructions
  • Work with sheet metal and insulation (fiberglass)
  • Perform assembly equipment maintenance and assembling curbs
  • Paint the assembled curbs and install insulation into curbs
  • Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Safety and housekeeping
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under dynamic schedule constraints and consistently meet deliverable timelines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Personal Protective Equipment may be required.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

2nd Shift: 12pm - 8:30pm Monday - Friday
