Job Description

As a Dumpster Delivery Specialist at Next Day Dumpsters DMV LLC, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up dumpsters from homeowners and contractor job sites, ensuring timely and safe transportation of waste to disposal and recycling facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating heavy equipment and vehicles to transport waste
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups using our driver phone app
• Collaborating with route managers to optimize routes and improve efficiency
• Reporting any mechanical issues or accidents to the operations manager
• Participating in safety training and company meetings

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22 per hour, with opportunities for increase after 6 months. You will also receive 10 paid vacation days, 3 paid sick days, and 6 paid national holidays. Additionally, you will be eligible for safety and productivity bonuses, commissions for generating new business, and a $1,500 bonus for each employee referral.
