Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Restoration Specialist to lead our team in the Greater Houston Area. As a Senior Water Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality-driven restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of water restoration technicians in providing emergency response services to clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments of water damage and develop effective restoration plans
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians to ensure timely and high-quality completion of restoration projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in water restoration
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in an emergency response water/fire restoration company
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and direct a team
  • IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification required
  • ASD (Advanced Structural Drying), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician), & AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) certifications preferred
  • Ability to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls
  • Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle licensing check (current driver's license)
