This role involves responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and troubleshooting hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond and attend to guest repair requests with minimal supervision.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background.
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
