Key Responsibilities:- Conduct instrumental assessments of skincare products.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Exhibit strong prioritization skills to meet demanding timelines.
- Maintain flexibility and motivation, with a keen eye for detail, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Have at least 1 year of experience (academic or professional) with laboratory instruments, including operation, calibration, and methodologies.
- Display proficiency in standard software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive experience with laboratory instrumentation.
- Background in skincare research.
- Experience coordinating product development with external partners.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform instrumental efficacy evaluations.
- Experience in study design and methodology formulation.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Outlook, Sigma Plot, and SIMS.
- Competence in statistical analysis and interpretation.
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and personal care product development.
