- Present information using data visualization techniques, effectively communicating complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges, leveraging our company's innovative mindset and drive to improve existing systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure seamless integration of data-driven solutions.
- Perform feature engineering for AI applications, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in data analysis.
- BS/ MS /PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred.
- 5 + years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data-driven solutions.
- Experience in data mining, machine learning, and operations research, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python, with familiarity with Java and Python ML frameworks a plus.
- Experience using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop).
- Experience with AI/ML-based solutions for data analysis, with a strong understanding of data architecture and engineering principles.
- Analytical mind and business acumen, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra), with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving.
