Our Opportunity

Production Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of our manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, scheduling workloads, ensuring manufacturing processes meet production and quality requirements, and performing recordkeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate departmental processes and personnel.
  • Schedule workloads for all employees in the department.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet production and quality requirements.
  • Perform recordkeeping duties for various aspects of the manufacturing process.
  • Address production emergencies and requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Monitor safety within the department and hold monthly safety meetings with employees.
Requirements

Qualifications

A High School diploma or GED, plus 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role. An Associate degree in a business or technical field related to manufacturing, and experience with JIT production system, TPM, and Kaizen implementation is preferred.
