About Our Client:

The Louise Phillips Forbes Team at BHS is a leading residential real estate sales team in New York City, renowned for their expertise and personalized service to prominent clients throughout Manhattan.

About the Role:

HireArt is partnering with Louise Phillips Forbes to hire a NYS-licensed Sales Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing qualified leads, building your own client base, and providing exceptional service to affluent clients interested in high-end properties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage qualified leads from the broker's book of business while actively building your own.
  • Demonstrate the ability to generate opportunities and successfully manage leads to closing.
  • Network, build/maintain relationships, and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Serve as your clients' go-to resource for New York's luxury real estate market.
  • Exude poise and a professional, polished image as an ambassador of the company.
  • Be a self-starter who is energetic and motivated to learn and understand market trends.

Requirements:

  • NYS real estate license
  • At least 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to convert direct leads from open houses
  • Strong analytical skills to write and present market analyses
  • Keen attention to deal details and follow through along with polished presentation skills
  • Ability to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of luxury real estate experience in New York (Manhattan)
  • Existing book of business
  • Solid knowledge of NYS real estate market trends
  • A track record of successfully facilitating negotiation processes and providing valuable market insights to clients

Commitment: This is a 1099 contract position through BHS. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the New York area.
